The is a great Idea and a great product. I am tired of having to hold lids when I am checking the sauce and either burning my hand or having the hot condensation drip on my arm. With the lid rest all I have to do is set it up against it and the condensation drops down into a drip tray. The spoon side works like intended also so you no longer have to put the spoon down on the stove or something else.
It is very easy to clean, it says dishware safe but I have just hand washed mine it takes 2 seconds.
The rest is very easy to put together. It took longer to unwrap it than it did to put it together. The wing nuts are a good idea rather than it just snapping in, that way you will not have to worry about it braking. It is made out of stainless steel so it is sturdy.
