This is one of the Best kites I have ever purchased. It is not made out of cheap thin plastic that when it is up in the air if it gets a strong enough wind will tear (Walmart $9.99).
The Kite is made out of what I would describe as a Similar material as the Adidas nylon wind breaker pants. It is way more durable than the plastic kites at the retail stores.
It is also Huge the kite itself not including the tails is 36" Long and 29" Wide.
The string that is comes with is way stronger and thicker than those walmart kites. I can break the walmart string with my hands with no problem. I could not break this string after trying for a few minutes and getting a rope burn I finally cut it.
The supports are also fiberglass rods, rather than the plastic one commonly found in newer kites. The support holder in the middle were thick plastic holders with reinforced stitched nylon fabric.
